In Progress

Live Studio improvements
- Preventing emails from getting caught in spam filters.
- Improved audio control for back stage communication.
Will be deployed Q2 2026.

New Analytics UI
New Analytics pages with richer data, live insights, and improved filtering options. Based on customer interviews, the new experience will make analytics easier to understand and more powerful to use, with continued user input shaping the final design.
Will be deployed Q2 2026.

Vytas AI Language Detection
Vytas AI transcription will automatically detect spoken language eliminating manual selection of language and enable automatic transcription of all uploaded videos.
Will be deployed Q2 2026.

Meeting improvements
- Improved reports including Delegates’ speaking time to be added.
- Drag and drop support for electoral order.
Will be gradually deployed in Q2 2026.

Hierarchical Categories
Organize your media more effectively by creating subcategories within categories. When filtering by a category, media from all its subcategories is included automatically—making it easier to structure, manage, and find content in large media libraries.
Expected launch Q2 2026.

Group-based Access Rights
Manage media ownership more flexibly by assigning access to user groups. Create groups, add users to one or multiple groups, and assign media ownership to a specific user, a group, or the entire account—making access control easier to scale across teams.
Expected launch Q2 2026.

Improved Search
We’re introducing contextual search to improve the search functionality and also search in other meta data such as subtitels.
Expected launch Q2 2026.
Secure AI
We’re introducing Secure AI by running AI models on our own infrastructure without relying on third-party services. This ensures that customer data never leaves Quickchannel. Secure AI will initially power AI Creator, making it fully GDPR-compliant while maintaining the same functionality and experience as before.
Will be launched in mid Q2 2026.
Planned

Audio Player
Improve functionality to play audio files with audio visualisation and continued playback on mobile devices with screen lock enabled.

Live Studio Improvements
- Background images for presenters.
- New layouts for better use of a 16:9 screen.

MCP Server
MCP server for customers with API access, enabling AI agents to interact directly with the video platform. This will make it possible to automate workflows, retrieve insights, and manage content using agents outside the Quickchannel platform.
