The role and responsibilites
As Demand Generation Manager, you will be a key player in Quickchannel’s continued growth journey and will play a crucial role in driving demand and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for driving scalable pipeline growth through data-driven and targeted campaigns with a strong focus on full-funnel marketing. The position covers the entire process—from strategy and planning to execution and optimization—with the goal of increasing demand, generating qualified leads, and maximizing the marketing team’s contribution to Quickchannel’s OKRs (objective and key results).
Your work will involve identifying new business opportunities and developing and leading strategic initiatives such as webinars, outbound campaigns, video content, email flows, and paid advertising (primarily LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads). You will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and effective campaign execution across multiple channels.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Primary responsibilities
- Build and execute multichannel campaigns across paid media, content, email, and outbound channels.
- Create and optimize lead nurturing workflows and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs in HubSpot.
- Collaborate strategically with the sales team to engage and convert leads within target accounts.
- Continuously analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance with a strong focus on pipeline and revenue-driving activities.
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with sales for ongoing campaign follow-ups and pipeline reviews.
- Project manage the production of graphic materials in collaboration with freelancers, and work with an agency to ensure SEO optimization.
- Identify and analyze key Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using data and insights.
Profile
We will prioritize candidates who have:
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- 1–3 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within SaaS or other tech/startup environments.
- Proven experience in driving qualified pipeline growth and delivering measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans and digital campaigns using modern tools and AI.
- Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager, along with experience in ABM and lead nurturing campaigns.
- A strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, segmentation, and product positioning (considered a plus).
