How is my video content protected from unauthorized access?
Videos can be protected using IP restrictions, domain locks, country-of-origin restrictions, SSO authentication, and user roles.
Can customer data stay within the EU?
Yes. Quickchannel offers EU-based data hosting and processing, helping organisations meet GDPR and data residency requirements. Customer data can remain within the EU, and we maintain full transparency regarding our subprocessors and data-handling practices.
What encryption standards do you use?
We use TLS 1.2/1.3 for data in transit and FIPS-140-2 approved encryption.
What happens to my data when I terminate service?
All customer data is deleted from production within 30 days of termination, with backups retained securely for an additional 90 days before permanent deletion.
Is Quickchannel GDPR compliant?
Yes. Quickchannel stores all personal data within the EU, implements strict access controls, and offers full data traceability and removal procedures. A DPO is appointed, and internal audits are conducted regularly.
